Our shipping is handled by our UK and international delivery partners, and all postage fees directly cover our partner’s services.
ORDERING AND DISPATCH TIMES
Forager Provisions LTD will fulfil orders within 24–48 hours before shipping, and orders are not confirmed until marked as ‘Fulfilled’. A dispatched order does not mean it has been dealt with immediately by our delivery partners, so please order in advance to avoid any late deliveries.
Our main dispatch days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Forager Provisions LTD’s HQ will endeavour to dispatch orders on Saturdays, but we cannot guarantee this. Please bear this in mind prior to ordering.
If an order is made after 3pm on Friday, it is likely to be dispatched the following Monday. If you need your items quickly, please confirm prior to ordering and use Special Delivery.
From April 2024, Forager Provisions LTD will cancel any orders that are red-flagged by Shopify and will not proceed with the order without notice. Please make sure all details are correct prior to confirming your order. You will receive confirmation of cancellation should this occur.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Tracked (1–2 working days), Royal Mail 24 Tracked, or courier services for our UK deliveries, depending on the order, size of the items, and the method chosen by the customer at checkout.
Once orders are dispatched, you will receive an email stating that your order is on its way. If you have chosen a faster service, your tracking details will be added to your order within your account.
Please note that our UK postage options are trackable services (for Forager Provisions); however, these do not update in the same way as courier deliveries. The parcel number you receive may not be trackable until a day or two after dispatch.
Please also note that our free delivery service has no insurance, so if the parcel is lost, you will not receive compensation equal to the value of your order. We only recommend using the free delivery option or non-trackable services for smaller orders.
Our shipping depends on our delivery partners, such as Royal Mail. In rare cases, such as very large orders, a shipping partner may not be able to deliver. If this is the case, we will get in touch to confirm alternative shipping methods and postage rates.

LOST PARCELS
If your parcel does not arrive within the allocated timeframe, Forager Provisions LTD will work with the parcel company to obtain compensation (if an insured parcel service was used).
Lost parcels are confirmed as lost after 14 working days. Customers must wait for this period to elapse before compensation can begin. No refunds will be given until compensation is confirmed.
We strongly suggest using a courier postage option for higher-value orders.
FREE DELIVERY OFFER
For orders of £50 or more, UK delivery is free of charge. Please use the 24-hour or Special Delivery services if you would like your items sooner. If a courier is preferred or required, please contact us for rates.
For EU. Orders must be over £149.95 to gain free standard international postage.
NORTHERN IRELAND DELIVERY
From 2026, the validations on all Windsor Framework data submitted with each parcel will be updated. The Windsor Framework confirms that data must be complete and accurate for all parcels sent from Great Britain to Northern Ireland. This applies to all movement types, including business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), and consumer-to-consumer (C2C).
Failure to meet these requirements may result in fines being issued to Forager Provisions. As we are a B2C business, we are able to dispatch orders to Northern Ireland.
Please note that, as this is considered international delivery, your order will go through customs and duties checks and may incur additional charges. We will not accept returns on items where customs duties have been refused.

SHIPPING NEWS (REGULARLY UPDATED)
Effective 22/06/26: EU shipping info updated. EU shipping will go live later in 2026.
Effective 29/05/26: New UK shipping rates will take effect from midnight on 30/05/26. Rates may change subject to future postage increases.
Effective 22/05/26: A new ‘Sticker Only’ Large Letter Parcel shipping rate is available for UK/NI/Ireland customers only. This rate applies exclusively to orders containing stickers, patches, or items that can safely fit within a Large Letter and weigh less than 75g.
Due to our products all being different weights and sizes, this will not be automatic at checkout. You will be refunded the difference once postage has been confirmed.
Effective 19/02/26: Free UK shipping now applies to orders over £50, reduced from the previous £60 threshold. This offer may be combined once per account with our mailing list subscriber discount, but not with bundle promotions.
Please note that repeated use of multiple subscriber codes to the same household may result in the address being flagged.
Free delivery is applied automatically at checkout on qualifying orders over £50.
Effective 06/10/25: Royal Mail reduced compensation from £150 to £75 for Tracked 48HR and 24HR parcels.
Effective 08/08/25: Delivery to both the USA and Europe was suspended due to tariff laws and Brexit-related regulations. Please monitor our social media or this section for updates.
Please note that we will update customers immediately regarding any issues with Royal Mail deliveries or courier services, as these providers may periodically suspend international shipments.
Since January 2021, customers in the EU have been required to pay additional customs charges to receive parcels from us. Delays may occur due to Brexit, industrial action, or severe weather.
We will not accept parcels returned due to unpaid customs charges, as these fees are beyond our control.
For faster delivery and greater peace of mind, we recommend using a courier service. If this option is not available for your country, please contact us at sales@forager-provisions.com or use our online chat service before purchasing.

Key Requirements for Forager Provisions to Ship to the EU (as of 19/06/26)
Excluded items: Knives, incense, and all liquids. These products will be removed from your order prior to shipping.
Customs Declaration: Forager Provisions will attach a customs form (e.g. CN22, CN23, or CP72) detailing the contents, weight, and value of the items.
Commodity Codes: Each item requires an 8-digit HS (Harmonised System) code.
Duties and Taxes: Goods entering the EU are subject to import VAT and customs duties depending on item value.
Recipient Fees: The recipient is responsible for paying all import fees.
Business / PO Box Addresses: Forager Provisions can only send B2C parcels; therefore, please ensure the delivery address is not a business address.
Each item we sell must include a GTIN, UPC or SKU code. If these aren’t available to us, we cannot send that particular item to EU at this time.
EU Shipping Times
Delivery is estimated at 7–14 working days from dispatch. Tracking becomes available once the package has arrived in the destination country.
Please note that customs clearance may cause delays during busy seasonal periods such as Christmas, and severe weather conditions may also affect delivery times. This is beyond the control of Forager Provisions.
