We reserve the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure products are shown as true to life as possible, however, colours can only be as accurate as the web site, user hardware, and user software allows.

What if an Item is Out of Stock?

If there is a problem with the stock for your order you will be notified and entitled to a full refund. We will make every effort to find you a suitable alternative, should you wish. Due to the nature of the 'Each to their own collection' stock is not guaranteed.

PRICING POLICY

All our products are priced in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate.

DISCOUNT POLICY

At Working Title, we value our customers and strive to provide quality products and exceptional shopping experiences. To maintain transparency and ensure a smooth shopping journey, please take a moment to review our discount policy.

1. All Sales are Final:
Working Title operates on a policy of all sales being final. This means that once a purchase is made, it cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund unless it falls under our return and exchange policy.

2. Discount Eligibility and Discretion:
The availability of discounts and the selection of items included in promotional offers are at the sole discretion of Working Title. We reserve the right to decide which items are discounted and when these discounts are offered. This may include but is not limited to seasonal sales, clearance events, or promotional campaigns.

3. No Retroactive Refunds:
Working Title will not issue refunds for items solely because they were purchased at a non-discounted price before becoming part of a discount promotion. Once a purchase is made, the sale price is final, and we are unable to retroactively apply discounts or refund the price difference.

We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before completing a purchase and to take advantage of discounts and promotions when available. HOW TO ORDER

Browse through our online catalogue using the main menu or the search bar, both of which will take you to pages where you can filter results by size, colour and/or price, among other criteria. Many shoppers find that browsing by brand or product type is the easiest route.

To find out more information about a particular product - including whether or not that item is in stock, click on the small image (thumbnail image) or text description.

You can add items to your "basket" as you go by clicking "Add To Cart" on the product's page. View your basket to see all item(s) added, and from here you can either return to the shop or head to the checkout to finish shopping and pay.

You can review your choices at any time, and make any necessary changes by selecting "Basket" at the top of the page.

ORDERING

From January 2021 Working Title will cancel any orders which are red flagged by Shopify and will not proceed with order (without notice). Please make sure all details are correct prior to confirming your order. You will receive confirmation of cancellation in the event that this occurs.

ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 24/48HR TO PROCESS BEFORE SHIPPING

Orders placed from Saturday at 5.30pm will not be processed till we re-open the following Tuesday. If you need your items faster, we suggest emailing first to guarantee delivery for a certain day.
