The Hot Chocolate:
Hárth’s Original Hot Chocolate is made with a short ingredient list of sugar, cocoa powder, cornflour and salt, with the cocoa content listed at a minimum of 32%.
The addition of cornflour gives it that thicker, Swiss-style character rather than a thin cocoa drink.
Hárth recommends preparing it slowly with your milk of choice over a low heat until thick and bubbling before pouring into your favourite mug.
