Stacey McEvoy Caunt Medieval Bunnies Sticker Set – 6 Vinyl Stickers

Six Medieval Rabbits. Absolutely No Good Intentions.

Whoever said rabbits were harmless clearly hadn’t spent much time looking through medieval manuscripts.

Forget the fluffy little creatures quietly nibbling grass. Medieval rabbits had rather different hobbies, including fighting knights, wielding weapons and generally causing an alarming amount of trouble.

The Stacey McEvoy Caunt Medieval Bunnies Sticker Set brings together six wonderfully mischievous rabbits inspired by the strange, occasionally murderous bunnies found lurking in the margins of medieval manuscripts.

Created by UK illustrator Stacey McEvoy Caunt, these bright and colourful designs celebrate the peculiar humour of medieval art, where animals frequently behaved in ways that made absolutely no sense.

And that’s precisely why we love them.

Each sticker is professionally printed in the UK using UV-stable inks on durable, waterproof vinyl, making them ideal for personalising laptops, tablets, water bottles, notebooks and anything else in need of a little medieval mischief.

Featuring six individual rabbit stickers, presented together with a cardboard backing inside a protective cellophane sleeve, this set also makes a brilliant gift for medieval history enthusiasts, folklore lovers and anyone who appreciates a slightly unhinged bunny.

When Rabbits Ruled the Margins:

Medieval manuscripts are full of surprises.

Amongst the beautifully decorated lettering, religious illustrations and elaborate borders, medieval artists frequently included bizarre little scenes that seem completely out of place.

These illustrations, often referred to as drolleries, featured everything from mythical creatures and strange hybrids to animals behaving in particularly questionable ways.

And few animals were quite as troublesome as the humble rabbit.

In medieval marginalia, rabbits could be found attacking knights, wielding swords, carrying shields and generally turning the natural order upside down.

Rather than being hunted, the rabbits were frequently doing the hunting.

Exactly why medieval artists were so fond of these peculiar scenes remains a subject of interpretation, but their strange humour has certainly stood the test of time.

Stacey McEvoy Caunt takes inspiration from this wonderfully odd corner of history, transforming medieval manuscript imagery into colourful, characterful illustrations for the modern world.

This set brings together six of those mischievous little creatures.

We wouldn’t necessarily trust any of them.

Six Stickers. Endless Medieval Mischief:

Why settle for one medieval rabbit when you can have six?

This collection is perfect for anyone who enjoys decorating their everyday belongings with something a little different.

Each sticker measures approximately 7 × 5cm, making them large enough to show off the illustrations while remaining compact enough for laptops, notebooks and water bottles.

Use them individually, share them with friends or create your own collection of medieval mayhem.

They’re particularly good for:

Laptops and iPads – add some medieval personality to modern technology.

Reusable water bottles – take your favourite troublesome rabbits on your travels.

Notebooks and journals – perfect for history enthusiasts and stationery lovers.

Sketchbooks and art supplies – a lovely addition for illustrators and creative minds.

Scrapbooks and collections – celebrate the stranger side of historical illustration.

Gift boxes and stationery bundles – an unusual little surprise for someone who appreciates independent artwork.

Six rabbits, six opportunities to cause a little chaos.

Durable, Waterproof & Printed in the UK:

These aren’t flimsy paper stickers destined to peel away at the first sign of adventure.

Each design is professionally printed in full colour using UV-stable inks on heavy-duty waterproof vinyl.

The durable construction makes them suitable for decorating belongings that see regular everyday use, while the UV-stable inks help maintain the colourful illustrations.

They’re a practical choice for personalising smooth surfaces, including water bottles and electronic accessories.

For the best adhesion, apply each sticker to a clean, dry surface.

Gentle handwashing is recommended for decorated drinkware to help preserve the finish.

A Brilliant Little Gift for Medieval History Lovers

Finding a gift for someone who loves medieval history can sometimes be surprisingly difficult.

Particularly if they already own an alarming number of books about castles, knights and obscure historical events.

Fortunately, six mischievous medieval rabbits might be just the answer.

Presented together with a cardboard backer inside a cellophane sleeve, this sticker set makes a lovely little present that’s ready for gifting.

Perfect as a Christmas stocking filler, birthday surprise, small thank-you gift or addition to a medieval-themed gift box.

It’s also a wonderful choice for anyone who collects stickers, appreciates unusual illustrations or enjoys the slightly darker humour of medieval art.

Because nothing says thoughtful gift quite like a collection of historically inspired, mildly threatening rabbits.

Perfect For:

Medieval history enthusiasts, folklore lovers, manuscript illustration fans, rabbit collectors, artists, stationery enthusiasts, fantasy readers and anyone with an appreciation for wonderfully strange historical imagery.

An especially charming gift for people who love independent illustrators, unusual stationery and designs you won’t ordinarily find on the high street.
